Getting there and parking
Victoria Park/Stampede station on the CTrain Red Line serves the Saddledome; an adult single fare is $4, according to Calgary Transit. Exits and routes are on the Victoria Park/Stampede CTrain station guide.
Drivers pay a flat $18 a day in the Stampede Park lots or $12 in the 11th Avenue lot (520 11th Avenue SE), paid with the MyParking app, according to the Calgary Stampede. Lots are compared on Stampede Park parking.
By CTrain
The Calgary Stampede getting-to-Stampede-Park page says to take the Red Line to Victoria Park/Stampede station for the fastest route to the Scotiabank Saddledome, and to Erlton/Stampede station for the fastest route to GMC Stadium. Calgary Transit’s fares page lists the adult single fare at $4 for ages 18 and older, and says a cash fare is valid for 90 minutes. A book of 10 tickets is listed at $40.
Calgary Transit’s service updates page says planned CTrain disruptions, including full and partial closures and replacement service, are listed on its CTrain Service Information page, and that replacement buses display “Red/Blue Line Shuttle”. Calgary Transit’s 2026 planned CTrain service disruption calendar, updated October 5 2026, lists its last 2026 closure on October 24 to 25 (Blue Line), so it shows no planned closure at Victoria Park/Stampede station from October 30 to November 1 2026. The calendar notes that unscheduled or emergency work can happen on other dates. Calgary Transit directs riders to its Plan a Trip and Next Ride tools, or the Transit App, for live schedules.
By car
The Calgary Stampede lists two parking options. The Stampede Park lots charge a flat rate of $18 per day. The 11th Avenue lot at 520 11th Avenue SE charges a flat rate of $12 per day, and the Stampede describes it as a 7-minute walk from the BMO Centre. The page does not list parking hours. It lists three ways to pay, all managed by Calgary Parking: the MyParking app; a one-time Pay as Guest payment online at vpm.parkplus.ca, which needs no ParkPlus account; and pay machines located throughout Stampede Park.

Doors and bag rules
- Doors: one hour before Hitmen games, according to the Saddledome’s A to Z Guide.
- Bags: up to 14 x 14 x 6 inches; backpacks are prohibited.
- Payment: the venue is cashless.
- Re-entry: not permitted.
The A to Z Guide says guests with no bag and only pocket-sized items can use the green “No Bag” Express Entry. Bags larger than 14 x 14 x 6 inches, such as backpacks or luggage, are prohibited, and the guide says oversized bags must go back to a vehicle. It adds that the Saddledome allows diaper bags and medically necessary bags, which use the yellow Small Bag and Purses Entry, and that fans with a stroller also use the yellow entry. The same guide says X-ray screening for oversized bags starts on November 5, so it does not apply to this game.
The guide states that the Saddledome has been a cashless venue since 2021 and that exiting and re-entering the building during events is not permitted. Full gate rules and entrances are on Saddledome seating and parking.

They list the Blazers at 7 wins, 4 regulation losses and 2 overtime losses in 13 games, also for 16 points. The schedule pages read on October 29 2026 show only games from late October onward, so this page does not say whether the teams have met earlier in 2026-27. The Hitmen’s site lists a Brookfield Residential Sunday Funday item in its game-day menu; the schedule does not say whether it applies to this game.

Alberta Time change
Alberta moves to Alberta Time on game day and clocks do not go back, according to the Government of Alberta, so puck drop stays 2:00 pm Calgary time. The Government of Alberta says Alberta Time is equivalent to UTC-6:00, that the fall switch back to Mountain Standard Time ends, and that Alberta stays on this time all year. It says most phones, computers, tablets and vehicles are expected to update automatically, and that some older devices may not; if a device shows the wrong time, it advises installing the latest updates, confirming automatic date, time and time zone settings are on, and setting the time zone manually if needed.
The Hitmen’s schedule page labels the 2:00 pm start as MDT, while the same page’s game data gives the start as 2026-11-01T14:00-06:00, which is UTC-6. The Government of Alberta’s page says Alberta Time from November 1 2026 is UTC-6, so the two agree on the hour; this page uses “Calgary time” for the start.
